A new method for scientific research: The New Scientific Method

Many of vital events/experiences cannot be scientifically modeled today because they cannot be described in quantitative terms.In this work I developed a new numeric measurement system that allows to better describe our universe in a quantitative, precise way as expected of science, but without restricting to controlled experiments.
