A Peace of Me: A Chapbook by HC Daniels

HC Daniels is a wonderful delightful young lady. With every allergy that boxed her in since birth, she has created an atmosphere with poetry and dance telling her story of her life experience and enjoying every minute of it. When life gives you lemons, strawberries and grapes, you make fruit punch and add ice for a smoothie. Yes! I know this is not how you say these sayings, but I am not talking about someone who's life was ever just ok. Her life was different and unable to enjoy ice cream on sunny summer days, she wrote about it. In her first Chapbook, A Peace of Me, she tells her story through her poems and give you an insight into her life through her eyes. Instead of tears, she lets the ink cry for her so other little girls can create their fruit punch or smoothie whenever life commands.
