Slinker

Army Major Greg Mordant designed a sleek, black small boat that served as a platform for a Watchbird operator. Watchbird was a hex-rotor VTOL drone used for short-range observation, C4ISR. He demo'd it first for the Navy and then for the USCG. SLINKER worked!
