Sundays and Wednesdays are My Soup Days, i.e., the days on which I make soup for the week ahead. Healthy, tasty, and nutritious, not to mention low calorie soups which are easy to prepare! It's so rewarding to have a variety of soups on hand for my family which taste so good!.
